Saint Mary Cathedral All Class Reunion August 9, 2008 Update

This is the first message from a new mailing list that is being sent to our St. Mary Cathedral graduates and friends.  A small group of classmates has been busy the last several months building and updating a very comprehensive database.  We have names and information on over 1700 St. Mary graduates.  The database will reside at the Cathedral.  This mailing will serve to validate the data and keep you informed as to reunion plans.

First of all we would like to announce that the All Class Reunion is a stand-alone event.  The focus of this committee is solely the Reunion.  There will be an opportunity for a celebration Mass at the Cathedral on Saturday afternoon immediately followed by the All Class Reunion at the Horizons Conference Center (estimated price: $35 per person).   There will be no further planned activities from this committee.  We strongly encourage the various classes to plan Friday evening and/or Saturday morning gatherings as part of their own activities.  

We have had very good responses from classes that have had regular reunions.  Unfortunately, there are still some classes for which we need names and addresses.  We would really like to get more information from the following classes:  1940, 1963, 1968, 1971, 1973, 1976, 1979, 1980, 1981, 1983 & 1984.

Please note that it is very possible that the master database at the Cathedral Office may be more complete than any of your own class lists. 

We would like to get a general idea as to how many people we can expect at the reunion.  Please fill out the attached form and return it to the Cathedral Office even if you won’t be able to attend.
