Conservation of Natural Resource and Ecology

Course Description

 

This course will deal with the ecosystems and resources of Michigan .  Major areas of study will include:  various land and water ecosystems, Michigan ’s natural resources, abuse of our resources, management of resources and wildlife, undesirable species, endangered/extinct/ threatened species, restoration of decimated wildlife populations.  “Hands on” projects, field trips, and guest speakers will supplement daily work.

 

Prerequisite:  A passing grade in Biology
